Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and efficient Cashiers to work at Tudor's Biscuit World. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Entry: Enter customer orders with speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
- Payment Processing: Process customer payments (cash and credit cards) with accuracy.
- Bagging and Traying: Bag and tray customer orders with speed and accuracy according to standard procedures.
- Sales: Suggestive sell additional items to customers as directed by management.
- Customer Service: Relate immediately to the Person in Charge any issues/concerns customers may raise.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Meet company standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Teamwork: Set a good example for coworkers with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Reliable Transportation: Must ensure reliable transportation to work.
- Communication Skills: Be able to communicate with co-workers and managers effectively.
Stand for long periods of time, reach and lift overhead up to 25 pounds, and work in hot and cold temperatures for long periods of time. - Technical Skills: Ability to learn quickly including basic interaction with cash register technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Age: 16 years or older.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
