Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Educate restaurant staff on proper equipment usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with contractors to resolve warranty issues and ensure efficient resolution of facility maintenance problems.
- Provide timely and accurate service reports to reflect job conditions.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operate company vehicles in a responsible and safe manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in commercial kitchen repair preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and operate heavy equipment safely.
- Good driving record required; up to 75% travel required.
Work Schedule:
