- Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service
- Order Taking: Correctly enter customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Payment Processing: Process customer payments (cash and credit cards) with accuracy
- Bagging and Traying: Bag and tray customer orders with speed and accuracy according to standard procedures
- Sales: Suggest additional items to customers as directed by management
- Communication: Relate immediately to the Person in Charge any issues or concerns customers may raise
Requirements
- Age: 16 years or older
- Transportation: Must ensure reliable transportation to work
- Communication Skills: Be able to communicate with co-workers and managers effectively
Stand for long periods of time, reach and lift overhead up to 25 pounds, work in hot and cold temperatures for long periods of time, and work around hot equipment and products safely
