This position is responsible for managing the organization’s financial planning, analyzing organizational budgets, performing periodic planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting activities to support short-term and long-term strategic plans and operating budgets
- Provide leadership with key financial and strategic insights to support enterprise decision making
- Partner with and lead cross-functional teams to assist in business development and drive accountability for pricing and profitability
- Maintain and improve corporate financial models and operating expense plans, including tracking of key investments and performance metrics
- Create detailed frameworks and models to aid in planning and decision making
- Develop and implement financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze current financial performance against historical data and forecasts
- Identify trends and make recommendations for financial optimization
- Drives consistency and standardization of business performance analysis and financial reporting
