Tuff Shed's Partnership with Home Depot: Tuff Shed has an agreement with Home Depot (HD). As a Selling Center Design Specialist (SCDS), you will be the liaison between HD, its customers, and Tuff Shed. You will work directly with the HD Store and its Associates onsite, answering questions about Tuff Shed and assisting in making sales.

What You Will Do

- You will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to our clients at your assigned Home Depot Store
- You will leverage their employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales
- Working weekends, you will p lan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at your Home Depot store
- Utilize our CRM tool to update your customer interactions and next steps
- Build strong relationships with The Home Depot store leaders and train their associates on our products
- Maintain our display sheds for presentation, and cleanliness

- Competitive compensation program with expected earnings ranging between $55,000 and $60,000 in the first year. This is an hourly commission role.

- Ability to work weekends is a must
- Self-direction and the ability to work independently and build relationships
- Customer service experience is a big plus
- Sales experience preferred, including direct sales, internet, or phone sales
- A competitive drive
- Enjoy training others and demonstrate product knowledge
- Ability to listen to customers and answer their needs
- Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software such as CRM
