Based in our National Support Center in south Denver, (I-25 & Colorado Blvd) Tuff Shed is recruiting for a Enterprise Project Manager, who is responsible for leading and managing enterprise IT projects that drive Tuff Shed, Inc.’s strategic initiatives. This role will focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Additionally, they will manage project lifecycles, coordinate resources, and support the successful deployment of technology solutions that enhance the experience of team members and customers.

Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
- Track project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead and deliver key initiatives involving Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set realistic objectives.
- Ensure all projects meet the quality standards set by Tuff Shed, Inc. and comply with security and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication across project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Conduct project meetings, including kickoffs, stand-ups, and post-implementation reviews.
- Promote team collaboration by encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-training within project teams and related departments.
- Assist the Director of IT Operations in managing project budgets and procurement processes.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of products and services in accordance with project requirements.
- Manage licensing, contracts, and vendor relationships to support project goals and organizational standards.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Resolve project issues promptly, escalating critical matters to leadership as needed.
- Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the project and that lessons learned are captured for future reference.
- Strong project management skills and experience, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).
- Familiarity with IT frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, especially with a focus on implementation of ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, architectures, functionalities, and implementation.
- Experience in Change Management with a focus on adoption strategies.
- Exceptional skills identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- High energy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Visio.
- Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form.
- Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that are grammatically correct and create a professional image for Tuff Shed, Inc.
- Ability to effectively communicate with executives, management, suppliers, customers, employees, and commercial accounts in a wide range of situations.
- Ability to effectively present information orally in one-on-one and small group situations to company leadership, customers and other employees.
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects across many business verticals and in complex technical environments.
- 4 or more years of project management experience implementing leading-edge Enterprise Technologies in a highly complex environment.
- Expertise in Enterprise software such as Microsoft Dynamics, Nextworld, NetSuite or Salesforce is highly desired.
- Experience implementing solutions deployed in the cloud is highly desired.
- Experience managing budgets, licensing, and vendor contracts.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
