**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a Hospice Nurse at High Pointe House, working weekends only. As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including private homes and skilled nursing facilities. You will work closely with the healthcare team to assess, document, and communicate patient information effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide hospice nursing care to patients and families utilizing current principles of palliative care and symptom management
- Utilize nursing process and current standards of nursing practice in providing hospice care
- Work effectively within various types of family systems and understand family dynamics
- Communicate patient reports and status changes concisely and effectively
- Complete all nursing documentation per procedures and nursing standard of practice
**Requirements:**
- Massachusetts RN licensure
- Ability to work 16 hours per week, including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
