Vintner's Lounge Associate

OVERVIEW

Tug Hill Vineyards is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Vintner's Lounge Associate to join our team. As a Vintner's Lounge Associate, you will be responsible for managing daily retail operations in our wine shop, ensuring customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience while browsing our selection of handcrafted wines and merchandise. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with wine selections
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain product displays
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process purchases efficiently
• Facilitate wine tastings and food and beverage ordering processes, as well as making select food items.
• Ensure the wine shop is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Stay informed on Tug Hill Vineyards' product offerings and promotions

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for wine and local products
• Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
