We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. This role requires a strong ability to negotiate, communicate, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. We are a family owned company and will stay that way. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Utilize internal CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that may impact sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Book of business or freight experience greatly preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology or technical sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales pipelines effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Desire and drive to build your own account and book of business.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $41,500.00 - $150,000.00 per year
