Tuknik Government Services, a Koniag Government services company, is looking for an exceptionally well qualified Business Systems Analyst with a Secret Security clearance to support TGS and our Government customer in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Tuknik Government Services currently has an opening for a Business Systems Analyst to provide support to DISA Office of the Chief Financial Officer/Comptroller (OCFO).
Primary responsibilities:
- Have knowledge of DWCF principles in addition to IT knowledge to include expertise in DISA’s DWCF emerging technologies and offerings to provide business support and analysis to the DWCF Customer Support Team.
- Maintain an understanding of the advances in IT such as Microsoft Office applications and be able to suggest improvement and enhancements to DISA processes and templates.
- Develop business documents and maintain reporting tools and key milestones.
- Provide inventory management analysis utilizing DISA’s enterprise system and the Requirements Management Process.
- Establish and maintains positive, supportive, and professional rapport with the customer.
- Provide status updates on customer projects.
- Develop and compile accurate agreements in accordance with Agency guidance and coordinates with other divisions to ensure proper and timely distribution. Review agreements annually.
- At least monthly, contact customer to provide status of DISA activity on their workload and inquire about any potential customer concerns. Employ technical knowledge to monitor workload efforts through DISA’s Requirement Management Process.
- Monitor customer billing and invoice activities, initiating and coordinating requested changes and ensuring debit and/or credit billing corrections are timely and accurate.
- Develop and compile accurate data to be used for creating and maintaining Planning Estimates.
- Communicates to the customer and with Resource Managers to ensure Planning Estimates are updated to accurately reflect a customer’s environment and current billing execution.
- Communicates with the customer in a timely and courteous manner all funding shortfalls pursuant to the Planning Estimates and ensure proper procedures are employed in efforts to collect those shortfalls.
- Provides the customer with financial guidance on existing systems and represents the customer's financial interests in new implementations.
- Enter and maintain comprehensive status of data required for the MPP.
- Employ knowledge of DISA’s business rules and policies as documented on the DISA Service Catalog, DISA Terms and Conditions, current year DWCF Rate Book and the Financial Management Regulation while monitoring the DISA Worldwide Financial Network and the Billing Account Repository system for establishing and correcting billing codes: Customer Identification Code, Application System Code and BAN in the MPP.
- Analyze, reconcile, and correct any errors found in the MPP.
- Coordinate with branch team members and internal divisions to consolidate data call responses and maintain various reports used by the branch chief to track and monitor assigned workload.
- Employ knowledge of DISA’s Requirements Management Process, billing rules and ITSM technical support skills to ensure invoicing actions are completed accurately and timely.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of relevant experience,
- 8 years of experience and an associate’s degree,
- 10 years’ experience
- Secret security clearance required

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
