JOB SUMMARY:
Provides excellent guest service on the gaming floor making change, and explaining how the gaming machines operate to guests and promoting the property as a whole. Responsible for the reconciliation and account records of assigned attendant bank. Responsible for taking direction and applying it daily towards the gaming floor needs.
Job Requirements:
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Successful completion of Guest Service and/or Cash Handling training may be considered in lieu of experience requirements.
SKILLS:
- Must have good math skills. (Test required)
- Must have legible handwriting. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of six (6) months guest service experience or successful completion of training.
- Minimum of six (6) months cash handling experience or successful completion of training.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and stressful environment.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned including days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/ or other employers.
