What are the responsibilities and job description for the TC/CENTRAL BENEFITS COORDINATOR position at Tulalip Gaming Organization (TGO)?
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the processing and maintenance of the Tulalip Tribes benefit programs. Provides monthly enrollment of eligible team members in health insurance and 401k plans, processing all enrollments, changes, and terminations of coverage. Updates and maintains data spreadsheets, reconciling of bi-weekly benefit deductions, and scanning of team member records into data management imaging system. Assists team members with medical dental claim questions as needed. Assists with the planning and development of the Tulalip Tribes Wellness Program and fairs, as well as the Employee Discount Program.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
SKILLS:
- Must be able to type 30 wpm without errors. (Test required)
- Computer literate using Microsoft Word, Excel. (Test required)
- Must have basic math skills. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of one (1) year work experience utilizing MS Word and Excel programs.
- Minimum of one (1) year data entry work experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year guest service and/or public relations experience.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience planning, coordinating, and organizing projects, programs, and/or events.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience setting up and maintaining excel spreadsheets, logs, and databases.
- Prior experience preparing & scanning documents preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
- Will be responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of customer service to guests, VIP's, and co-workers.
- Must attend mandatory guest service training.
- Must be flexible to work all Tulalip Tribes sites, TTT, TGO, and QCV.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
