Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for pit area, games in progress, personnel and customer play in assigned section.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
SKILLS:
- Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on the ability to interpret and understand business operation numbers. (Test Required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of six (6) months Dual Rate Supervisory and/or Full-time Supervisory experience in Table Games.
- Minimum of two (2) years dealing/supervisory experience of 2 major games (Craps, Roulette, Baccarat and BJ) and 1 novelty game.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience working with the public and utilizing customer service skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
