What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tulalip Resort Casino is hiring: TC/WRITER - SPORTSBOOK in Washington position at Tulalip Resort Casino?
Develops, builds, and maintains relationships with guests while explaining sports wagering process. Provides exceptional guest service while processing all wagering transactions. Accurately and quickly handles a variety of wagering and money transactions.
Pay Range : $18.88 - $20.97 per hour
EDUCATION :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Successful completion of Guest Service and / or Cash Handling training may be considered in lieu of experience requirements.
SKILLS :
Must have good math skills. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of six (6) months cash handling experience or successful completion of training.
Minimum of six (6) months customer relations experience or successful completion of training.
Minimum of six (6) months basic computer experience.
Prior experience working in a gaming environment preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and / or holidays.
Must successfully complete and pass a National Indian Gaming Commission background investigation.
Must be able to obtain a Class III certification, and be licensed, with the Washington State Gambling Commission and the Tulalip Tribal Gaming Agency.
Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and / or other employers.
