The Department of Urology at Tulane University School of Medicine and Tulane Health Systems is seeking a board-certified urologist for the position of Reconstructive Urologist. The potential candidate must be fellowship-trained in urologic reconstructive surgery. The candidate will be responsible for urologic research, teaching, and clinical practice. Proficiency in the da Vinci robot is desired.
In addition to the Tulane University Hospital and Clinics, the candidate will be part of an expanding medical practice, including the new VA Medical Center, the state-owned University Medical Center, and the Tulane Urology practice. The academic appointment will be through the School of Medicine. This is a unique opportunity for individuals to establish a clinical practice, conduct basic and clinical research, and educate urology residents, fellows, and medical students.
