Key Responsibilities
- Manage timekeeping software data entry, adjustments, and leave documentation for over 100 personnel
- Communicate with faculty and staff to ensure compliance with TU HR guidelines
- Organize and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave
- Provide advanced-level administrative support to Division supervisory staff and teams
- Assist in creating special timekeeping and project reports for senior level staff based on Kronos data and internal server documents
