What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Tulane University Staff?
A full-time BCBA is sought to provide programmatic oversight and supervision to line technicians within Tulane Center for Autism and Related Disorders, which includes assisting with hiring, developing and providing training for line technicians, providing supervision of line technicians who implement ABA program, helping with special programming within the clinic, and providing educational opportunities within Child Psychiatry as requested.
- More than 3 years of experience working with children and adults
- Knowledge of ABA program development and implementation
- Experience with training and management of staff
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or Speech Language Pathology
- 1 years experience implementing ABA programs for children and adults with disabilities
- BCBA certification and current LaBAA license in good standing
- Knowledge of and experience with insurance credentialing and submission of claims
- Knowledge of local school systems
- Strong ties to Greater New Orleans' Autism Community

- Must be organized, punctual, and possess professional behavior
