What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at Tulane University Staff?
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting Adolescent Medicine Clinical and Research Team. This includes communication with key stakeholders, programmatic development and implementation, and promoting our section within and outside of Tulane. Inputs and validates patient clinical data to ensure accurate entry into government and non-government data systems. This position involves clinical administrative support, monitoring program activity and deadlines for compliance, patient coordinating, running monthly clinical reports, as well as purchasing and invoicing for clinical and research team.
- Ability to organize and manage diverse types of information including student projects, community partner needs and desires, and programmatic activities.
- Ability to assist with student project development.
- Ability to effectively communicate in with students, faculty and staff across campus, and Ecuador-based community partners.
- Ability to use a data-driven approach to gather data to improve program elements and curriculum.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- High School Diploma with 4 years of experience mentoring young adults.
- Experience with international education, other study abroad programs, or managing study abroad experiences for students.
- Experience with curriculum development and community engagement.
- Experience with marketing and social media management.
- Organizational skills.
