Summary
A full time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will assist with programmatic work under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide oversight and supervision to line technicians within the Tulane Center for Autism and Related Disorders (TCARD). The position includes assisting with recruitment and on-boarding of Registered Line Technicians (RLT), developing and providing training for RLTs and parents, supervising RLTs as they implement the ABA treatment protocol, helping with special programming within the clinic, and offering educational opportunities within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences as requested.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- More than 3 years of experience working with children and adults
- Knowledge of ABA program development and implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in education with focus on behavior analysis or related field (e.g., psychology, education, speech/language pathology)
- Board certification or board certification-eligible for assistant behavior analyst position through BACB
- Current LaBAA SCABA license (or license eligible) in good standing
- Experience with training and management of staff
- Knowledge of and experience with insurance credentialing and submission of claims
- Knowledge of local school systems
- Strong ties to the Greater New Orleans’ autism community
- Commitment to professional growth and development
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to communicate with colleagues in a clear and efficient manner regarding daily tasks of the job
