Tulane Medical Director
Location : New Orleans, LA
Summary
This position is responsible for training of clinicians (i.e., physicians) on Electronic Medical Record (EMR) applications. Position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of implementation including documenting policies and procedures, processes, project communications, technical analysis and design, testing, and final implementation. providing on-going support and problem resolution for all systems in TUMG, LCMC, and affiliated clinics.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- At least 2 years’ experience in systems training.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills including commitment to providing quality customer service, superior telephone etiquette, and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organizations.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Required to extrapolate knowledge to the use and training of systems.
- Must be a self-starter, able to effectively work in a team environment, possessing good analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.

This position is classified as "exempt, salaried" and is assigned to pay grade 26.
