The Executive Director for Business Relationship Management (BRM) is a leadership role responsible for managing and maintaining strong partnerships between the Information Technology department and University units. This position oversees the Business Relationship Management Office.

Required Education and/or Experience
- 8 years of experience in leadership, business relationship management, or a related role.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Experience in Higher Education.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement and change management.
