Job Description:
The Licensed Psychologist Manager (LPM) will provide clinical supervision to front-line Master's level clinicians and oversee the Psychology Department at a State Correctional Institution. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing psychological services, selecting and administering objective and projective psychological tests, and ensuring compliance with DOC Policy 13.8.1 and Access to Mental Health Care Procedures Manual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to front-line Master's level clinicians
- Develop and implement psychological services in accordance with DOC Policy 13.8.1 and Access to Mental Health Care Procedures Manual
- Select and administer objective and projective psychological tests
- Ensure compliance with DOC Policy 13.8.1 and Access to Mental Health Care Procedures Manual
- Supervise postdoctoral residents in pursuit of licensure as a psychologist
