Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Health Services Administration or equivalent field or equivalent experience to be determined by the requesting Agency.
- Minimum of three (3) years quality management experience in a multi ' faceted formal quality management program. Computer expertise including a working knowledge of database utilization, maintenance and management.
- Basic computer skills to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Products.
Job Description:
Project Planning and Development: Research, develop, document, and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments.
Coordination and Communication: Facilitate regular communication with project teams, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that projects adhere to established timelines and budgets. Provide periodic status updates and reports to leadership.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Quality Management: Ensure that all project activities meet regulations and ethical guidelines. Maintain high-quality service delivery and customer-centered approaches when applicable.
Collaboration with Partners: Work with multiple divisions and agencies, community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to support project objectives.
Capacity Building: Support training, workshops, and educational opportunities for team members and external stakeholders affected by assigned projects.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and submit required reports to leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Assess project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of future initiatives.
