What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Tulip Dry Cleaning?
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work the morning and afternoon shift Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed at the front counter of our dry-cleaning store.
Industry experience is not necessary but preferred. We are willing to train the right motivated and reliable candidate.
Duties & Functions:
- Interact with customers in a friendly, customer service-orientated manner
- Process incoming laundry & dry-cleaning orders
- Retrieve outgoing orders and cash out customers
- Troubleshoot, and resolve problems as necessary
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Pay attention to detail and follow a defined system
- Able to solve problems
- Able to lift 20 pounds
- Work in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment
- Fluency in English is required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
