The primary role of the Foodservice Sales Coordinator is to manage the day-to-day operations of foodservice relationships, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Starting Pay Rate: $20 an hour
Primary Responsibilities:
The duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage and nurture relationships with foodservice distributors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all foodservice accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and support.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to identify growth opportunities or address challenges.
- Generate, analyze and present sales reports for monthly sales meetings.
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, pricing and contracts and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
- Evaluate and complete allowance requests.
- Reply to and track all distributor sample requests for products.
- Negotiate yearly marketing agreements and ensure contracts are completed on time.
- Potential travel to customers’ facilities providing them with sales support as required to secure and maintain business.
- Represent the company at tradeshows.
- Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.
To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management, preferably within the foodservice or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
