TGC is a premier gymnastics and youth sports facility dedicated to helping kids stay active, build confidence, and have fun! We offer gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, ninja, and preschool programs in a dynamic and energetic environment. We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager & Marketing Manager to join our team and help us showcase the excitement, energy, and impact of our programs.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and creative individual to lead our social media and marketing efforts. This role will focus on content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, website management, and administrative support to ensure our marketing efforts align with TGC’s mission. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing classes, events, and athletes.
- Use tools like Canva or CapCut to design graphics, reels, and videos.
- Stay up to date on trends in TikTok and Instagram Reels to create fun and engaging content.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
Marketing & Website Management
- Maintain and update the TGC website with current programs, events, and announcements.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotions.
- Design flyers, posters, and other promotional materials for in-house and online use.
- Support event promotions and on-site activations to increase enrollment and engagement.
Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging.
- Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks, including scheduling posts, tracking engagement, responding and engaging with inquiries.
- Assist with on-boarding new members.
- Be knowledgeable on other administrative tasks and responsibilities that make TGC run smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong photography and videography skills (experience with CapCut or other video editing apps is a plus).
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Basic knowledge of website management (preferably Wix).
- Strong writing skills for social media captions, emails, and website updates.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
