Tullahoma Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center located in Tullahoma, TN, seeks a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Surgical Technologist to join our committed surgical team.
Surgical Technologist Role
The ideal candidate will scrub for surgical procedures and demonstrate exceptional skills while functioning as a vital member of the surgical team. Maintaining a sterile field during procedures is crucial.
- Preparation of supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures
- Supporting the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center
- Participating in quality improvement activities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A High School Diploma/GED, completion of a Surgical Technician Program, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certification required by state and/or center
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is highly desirable
- A strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and implementation
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
