About the Position:
As a Bridal Stylist at Tulle, your primary aim is to cultivate genuine connections with brides and their entourage, offering them a truly memorable experience. Our team comprises individuals who are not only passionate but also well-informed and warm-hearted.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional experience to all brides and their companions.
- Work closely with brides to understand and bring to life their dream wedding day look.
- Establish lasting relationships with brides, starting from their initial contact to the styling and beyond.
- Must love to work with people and be pursaisive to sell.
- Achieve and consistently meet sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
- Present our store and the designer labels we carry in a professional, warm, and welcoming manner.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work Sat and Sundays and some week days.
- Strong in selling and closing sales.
- Must be fashionable and have a put together appearance as well as a professional a
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, maintaining composure, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Rapidly acquire a deep understanding of bridal industry products and wedding day trends.
- Ability to lift and handle gowns, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to self-manage effectively in order to meet goals.
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic, capable of multitasking and offering assistance to colleagues when necessary.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
