Key Responsibilities:
Translate documents from various languages into English while retaining style, tone, and context.
Collaborate with the Translation QA Officer for side-by-side review and revisions.
Correct and resubmit translations upon QA feedback.
Ensure compliance with CCPS standards and industry best practices for translation services.
Meet deadlines and maintain consistency across large volumes of content.
Qualifications – Intermediate Level:
Certification from a recognized translation authority (e.g., ATA, NAATI).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in translation services.
Proficiency in at least two languages (including English).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain tone and nuance in translations.
Experience with digital translation tools and document management systems.
Qualifications – Expert Level:
Advanced certification or equivalent professional accreditation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience, including technical or legal translations.
Proven experience in educational or public sector translations.
Ability to review, edit, and provide constructive feedback to other translators.
Experience collaborating with QA teams and integrating feedback efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with multilingual applications or translation platforms.
Familiarity with CCPS standards and academic terminology.
Proficiency in using translation memory tools and workflow management platforms.
