What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Tullos Beckett?
Our firm is currently seeking a part-time receptionist, either 16 or 20 hours per week. This is an in-office position during regular business hours: 8:00am until 5:00pm Monday through Thursday, and Fridays 8:00am until 3:00pm. We’re offering that the employee can choose the hours they work, so long as there is a set schedule, and that the employee is working 4-hour blocks at least Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Managing front desk, greeting clients
- Answering client and potential client calls
- Scheduling consultations, performing client intake into CRM database, and calendaring events on the firm calendar
- Support attorneys and paralegal with non-litigation tasks
- Scanning, mailing, and organizing client files in firm’s Dropbox
- Organizing, redacting, and preparing discovery
- Filing into Oregon e-file and serve website
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills ensuring information is effectively conveyed
- Experience with state court rules and electronic filing
- Strong initiative, ability to self-manage, and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with coworkers
- Fluent in Office suite and Adobe Acrobat software
Compensation:
- up to $18.00/hr DOE
- No benefits
