Elder Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker, Registered Nurse or Geriatric professional as an additional Elder Care Coordinator (ECC) to help our clients get the best long-term care possible.

The ideal candidate will be a professional with a MSW or RN or have 5 years’ experience in geriatrics and long term care.

We provide Life Care Planning services where our elder law attorneys and ECC’s work together to ensure the best legal, financial and care results possible. This is a unique opportunity in a private law firm with a supportive and professional team.

Our ECC’s serve a dual function within our firm:

Case management, advocacy, coordination of care, crisis intervention and supporting our clients and their caregivers are the foundation of the clinical portion of this position.

The ability to build professional referral relationships and increase brand awareness within our communities are the foundation of the business development portion.

Local travel to client’s homes and events is required.

Some events are before and after normal work hours.

Salary: From $75,000.00 per year and is commensurate with experience.
