The Tulsa Drillers are looking for a seasonal Concessions Cook to support our food and beverage service operations at ONEOK Field in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As the Double-A Affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers and the 2018 Texas League Champions, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for our fans.
With over 357,000 attendees last season, the Drillers finished first in the Texas League for average attendance and fifth in Double-A baseball. We were also honored with the Bob Freitas Organization of the Year Award for sustained excellence at the Class AA level in 2019. Over the past decade, we have received recognition three times as the Texas League Organization of the Year.
The food and beverage industry is dynamic, and we strive to ensure that our guests have a delightful and entertaining experience while at ONEOK Field. At The Tulsa Drillers, we are dedicated to mentoring, training, and coaching our team members. Working with us offers valuable experience in one of the largest revenue streams within our stadium, which can translate well into various areas of the sports industry and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain standard kitchen utensils and equipment efficiently within concession stands.
- Follow health guidelines set by Tulsa Drillers F&B L.L.C. and Tulsa County Health Department to ensure clean and sanitary work areas.
- Take pride in your cooking; presentation matters!
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to operate industrial kitchen equipment safely.
- Capaable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
