Estimated starting salary $130,000, for minimum of 2 years’ experience, handling issues such as improvement districts, TIFs, abatements, code enforcement, land and economic development, municipal elections, sign regulations, easements, foreclosures, affordable housing and community ownership programs, and zoning.
