Minimum Qualifications
University Parallel :
- Master's degree in the discipline or subfield in which an individual is teaching, or
Master's degree and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline or subfield in which an individual is teaching.
Developmental Education :
Technical / Occupational (Workforce Development) :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, appropriate state and / or national licensure or certification in the discipline or subfield in which he or she is teaching, and three years of work experience in the field.
Philosophy :
Some departments or programs have additional and / or alternative qualifications determined by faculty and / or an accrediting agency.
