Foundation Summary

The FC Tulsa Foundation is dedicated to building a stronger community by focusing in areas of education, health & wellness, and recreational sports. We are dedicated to changing lives by supporting programs and non-profits in the Tulsa community. The FC Tulsa Foundation, a component fund of Tulsa Community Foundation (TCF), administers charitable programs affiliated with the FC Tulsa soccer team.

The FC Tulsa Foundation’s mission is to strive to change lives by focusing in areas of education, health & wellness, and recreational sports.

The FC Tulsa Foundation builds relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations with the intent to fundraise, manage, and execute FC Tulsa Foundation’s community programming initiatives. The FC Tulsa Foundation focuses on supporting youth-serving organizations to deliver high quality programs, connects partners to youth and communities, and advocates for equitable out-of-school time experiences in Tulsa.

Position Purpose

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to become members of the FC Tulsa Street Team. This team would be utilized on an as-needed basis with no set or guaranteed hours. This is a temporary position anticipated to last through the current season. The Street Team will be utilized and work with multiple members of FC Tulsa and Foundation staff.

Responsibilities

• Game day (could include but are not limited to)
• Manage the Foundation table intended to educate fans on the foundation’s mission
• Sell 50/50 raffle tickets
• Work other Foundation related game day activations.
• Events
• Attend various community events as requested (i.e. Mayfest, Tulsa Tough, Community Events, etc.)
• Represent the FC Tulsa Foundation
• Promote the organization’s work and foster positive relations within the community
• Bring awareness to the work and programming of the FC Tulsa Foundation.
  
  

Requirements

As a representative of FC Tulsa Foundation you will be expected to have the following skills and attributes:

General Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 5 hours at a time.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain and heat.
  
  

Hours & Location

• This position will require travel throughout the Tulsa area to meet the needs of the organization.
• Hours will vary based on scheduled events. Will include evening and weekend hours and availability.
• This is a temporary position expected to extend through October 2024.
• Not to exceed 29 worked hours per week.
  
  

Pay / Benefits

• $15/hour
• This is not a benefits eligible position
