OrganizationAlternative CourtsPay$20.78Pay FrequencyHourlyFull Time / Part TimeFull timeJob SummaryUnder direction and within the scope of department policies and guidelines, assists in the Alternative Courts / Specialty Programs functions with defendants / clients.Job DescriptionAll candidates conditionally offered transfer, promotion or initial hiring into a DOT / safety-sensitive position shall submit to testing for drugs and alcohol and test negative before performing any job functions that are safety-sensitive or require a CDL. External job applicants with a confirmed positive drug or alcohol test result shall be denied employment and shall be required to wait one year before applying for another position within Tulsa County.Essential Job FunctionsMay complete backgrounds, interview clients, collect client data, assess the data and determine the client's eligibility.May compile data of criminal records and references client file.May act as a liaison between the District Attorney's Office and / or Judge / Court, and the client.Supervises clients with or without a monitoring device.May conduct weekly warrants checks on clients.May coordinate and verify the client's release from custody and court appearance dates and times.Prepare and deliver court reports to the judge / court for the client's court dates.Notify supervisor and / or the court of any court ordered violations.Submit client's files with recommendations to the Court for actions.Coordinate and verify clients release from custody and court appearance dates and times.May attend client court hearings. May attend staff meetings that relates to the clients' specific program. May attend training sessions that maybe relevant to the job duties.Maybe subject to on- call status.May assist with urinalysis testing of clients.May complete and compile data on and about the defendant and notify the Court of the compliance or noncompliance of rules and conditions.May confirm defendant reference information.May be asked to retrieve information regarding recorded jail phone calls when pertaining to victims.May install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment.Perform other duties as assigned.Additional Job DescriptionQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
