Description:
The JIRA Administrator will be responsible for understanding the current process, identifying gaps, and gathering requirements to develop and deliver customized applications/projects to meet the organizational demands.
Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance
-
6 years of Experience in JIRA administration and development in an enterprise environment

Required IAT Certs: one or more of the following: Sec , CASP, CISSP

Required Vendor Cert: ACP-MJCP, ACP-MJSP, ACP-JCA, ACP-JA, ACP-JPA, or any other related vendor certification

Responsibilities
-
Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian products including tool administration and customization.

Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports.

Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations.

Design custom JIRA workflow for different issues types to assist in Automation of provisioning, build & deploy servers and applications as well as other continuous integration workflows.

Develop JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA.

Responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence and integrations with other tools or plugins.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization, gather requirements to develop, and deliver custom templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence etc.)
