- Data Entry
- Provide customer support through email, phone, and walk-ins
- Learn and retain product knowledge
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to multitask
