What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivational leader who can bring out the best in athletes ages 5–12. You should have experience in:
- Stunting, tumbling, and jumps
- Performance preparation and choreography
- Coaching with a balance of firmness, fun, and inspiration
Experience with USASF levels is a plus—but if you're coachable, passionate, and eager to grow, we’ll support your journey!
Schedule:
- Sundays (required)
- Occasional weekend competitions, events, and showcases
- Opportunities for additional hours in tumbling or rec classes if desired
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly practices with energy, positivity, and purpose
- Teach proper technique and reinforce safety at all times
- Build confidence, sportsmanship, and team unity
- Collaborate with staff on routines, performances, and progression
- Maintain communication with families and help every athlete feel seen and supported
Who You Are:
- Experienced or skilled in cheerleading (coaching or high-level athlete)
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and a natural encourager
- Able to work with athletes of varying skill levels
- Communicates well with both kids and parents
- Passionate about growing a successful program and mentoring young athletes
