What are the responsibilities and job description for the Party Host position at Tumble Shine Athletics?
Do you love high-energy environments, big smiles, and making unforgettable memories? Tumble Shine is looking for AMAZING people who LOVE working with children to join our team as Party Hosts!
No experience? No problem! We offer full training—if you bring the energy, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to run a smooth, fun-filled party.
What You’ll Do:
- Create an unforgettable birthday party experience for children and their families
- Greet and assist guests with a smile from start to finish
- Facilitate games, obstacle courses, and organized fun
- Keep the party room tidy, organized, and fully stocked
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Enjoys being around children and families
- Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds and be active during your shift
- Willing to become CPR/First Aid certified (we can help you get trained!)
- Enjoys helping families make special memories
