Stone Fabricator/ Sawyer/Driller

International Tumble Stone is a custom stone works company based out of Hayden, Idaho. From the creation of simple fountains to the massive custom stone features, there are few projects that we are not able to handle. Tumble Stone has a large retail facility where we showcase a huge inventory of fountains, steps, decorative rock, seating, lighting and much more. Our work can be seen from Brooklyn, NY to Malibu, Ca.

Driller job description:

Uses forklifts to position stone on core drill rig, uses approriate core bits to drill stone material to various specifications. Works as team member to get jobs done efficiently.

Sawyer job description:

Sawyer uses forklifts to load stone boulders onto wooden skids that get loaded onto carts that move under diamond cable band-saws to cut the raw stones into specified dimensions, slabs etc. Sawyers use angle grinders to grind down edges of stone, sawyers use oxy/propane torch to surface cut stone. Maintains saws and forklift by cleaning, greasing, changing oil, replacing band-saw wires, bearings etc.

• Forklift experience is good but not necessary.
• Experience with power tools, saws, drills etc
• Know how to read a tape measure, use a level and a square
• Mechanically inclined a plus.

Work is 40 hrs per week Mon-Fri
