What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Instructor position at Tumbles?
Tumbles is looking for a Lead Instructor who is fun, friendly, and loves to work with kids. Do you want to have a blast at work each day by inspiring the smiles on dozens of young faces? Do you have a love for wellness and fitness? Do you want to give back to your community? If so, this job is for you! This position means that you help to set the tone for the facility and create the fun, clean, and exciting environment that kids love! You will lead in teaching various programs for kids ages 4 months to 6 years old! If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
This a PART-TIME position for Saturday morning classes that start at 9am and end at 12pm. You are not expected to work every Saturday (unless you'd like to), and more hours are available if you'd like.
Tumbles is a growing kid’s fitness gym STEAM franchise.
What we expect from our Lead Instructor/Trainer:
- Know all about our curriculum and GREAT programs and curriculum for young kids
- Able to spot and assure the safety of students and parents in an ENERGETIC and FUN gym environment in an outgoing, bubbly, friendly, and caring way. Be SILLY and FUN and make kids and parents LAUGH!
- Background in children’s programming, fitness, gymnastics, dance, theater, cheer, sports or related fields is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is a must

- Strong work ethic
- Reliable with consistent transportation
- Clean background check

Wages - $16-$18 depending on qualifications
