ATHLETIC EVENT WORKER
Salary Range : $18.00 / hr

QUALIFICATIONS : Previous experience working in events, hospitality, or sporting events preferred. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours based on event schedules. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.). Familiarity with basic audio / visual equipment setup and troubleshooting is a plus. Basic math skills for handling ticket sales and scorekeeping. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Criminal Justice Background Clearance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : The Part-Time Athletic Event Worker supports school district athletic events by assisting with event setup, crowd monitoring, game management, and event breakdown. Sport specific rule knowledge may be required for certain event tasks. This role ensures that district and community events run smoothly and comply with WIAA and TSD Guidelines. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, depending on the event calendar.
