Production Associate

Tunaskin Production Team Associate

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Production Team to perform hands-on print operations for Tunaskin Custom Program apparel and Retail Store apparel. You’ll run dye-sublimation printers and presses and ensure that the products are the highest quality before sending them to our customers. This position is located at our Bonita Springs Headquarters.

Here’s what you’ll need to be able to do:

• Setup and operate vinyl plotter and dye-sublimation presses and printers to complete custom and store orders
• Attention to detail to maintain consistency, quality, promptness in production reducing errors and defective products
• Examine products for defects/damages
• Prepare materials for custom shirt orders which may include printing designs, cutting to size and verifying shirt counts to order request
• Always maintain and clean a safe work area
• Be prepared and flexible to perform associated and related job functions that are not specifically identified in this job description
• Be on time, contribute to team efforts and able to work with multiple employees from other departments
• Help perform routine equipment maintenance and clean-up/organize production area

Qualifications:

• Proactive, detail-oriented and result-driven; monitors own work to ensure quality production
• Able to communicate professionally with employees, vendors and customers
• Able to lift 40lbs and stand multiple hours of the day during production
• Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
• Able to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Flexible – Able to work varied hours as needed to ensure successful completion of production
• Will be trained on how to use heat-presses but experience working with equipment is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
