Summary
Our client is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of their customer-facing analytics solution, Advisor Insights. This role will evolve Advisor Insights from a Beta tool into a fully scaled, high-impact product. The Product Manager will oversee a Product Owner, lead a dedicated scrum team, and collaborate across the organization to enhance the tool, expand its capabilities, and align with the broader vision of delivering actionable insights and AI-driven solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and manage an outcomes-based roadmap, developing business cases that drive user value and product ROI.
- Set, monitor, and report on product KPIs to drive adoption, retention, and user sentiment.
- Incorporate advanced analytics, insights, and AI capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to streamline processes.
- Gather customer feedback to prioritize features and improvements that maximize value for financial advisors.
- Manage a Product Owner and provide clear guidance to the scrum team for successful Agile development.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful features.
- Serve as the primary advocate for Advisor Insights, communicating its value and vision internally and externally.
