Job Title : Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, translate, and deliver information in clear, concise, and meaningful formats, tailored to specific business unit requirements and in alignment with established department standards.
- Provide support in scheduling, documentation, communication, and cost management.
- Address backbilling errors within the Service Entry Sheet process, collaborating with both internal and external customers.
- Update the back-billing tool and keep colleagues informed.
- Assist in collecting and validating information.
- Contribute to vendor billing research and provide input for accurate information.
- Facilitate collaborative documents and data stores.
- Help prepare status reports and presentations.
- Coordinate project sub-team activities and / or support project tasks that impact the completion of assigned responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications :
Pay Rate : $45-50 / hour
