🔬 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and troubleshoot cellular screening assays and MoA studies.
- Analyze and present data to cross-functional teams.
- Manage CROs for cell-based assays and molecular biology techniques.
- Stay up to date with relevant scientific advancements.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
- Must be local to the Boston/Cambridge area.
- M.S. with 4 years or Ph.D. with 1 years of experience in oncology, molecular biology, or related fields.
- Expertise in mammalian cell culture, CTG/CyQuant, AlphaLISA, Western blots, qPCR (NGS & imaging a plus).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
