Responsibilities :
- Oversee Scientific Methods
Direct all scientific methods for the materials testing facility, ensuring accurate testing for THC, THCA, CBD, CBDA, and CBN potency.
Establish and maintain quality control and assurance protocols to meet and exceed industry standards.
Train and mentor lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous education and scientific excellence.
Ensure the laboratory complies with all state and federal regulations, including obtaining and maintaining an Alaska Marijuana Handler Permit.
Qualifications :
Doctorate in chemical or biological sciences from an accredited college or university, plus two years of post-degree laboratory experience.
