Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive OEMs to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for account management and growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining profitability.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating benefits to clients.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirement and Skills
- Proven experience in account management or related field, preferably in technology or technical sales.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on negotiation techniques.
