We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled landscaper to join our team at the Bay Woods community. This role involves the care and maintenance of residential properties, ensuring that the community remains beautiful and welcoming for all residents. Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
- Maintain the health and appearance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow removal, and storm cleanup.
- Ensure all landscaping work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service to residents regarding their services and other related questions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscaping equipment.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
